Rangers

The Madera Sheriff's Department Rangers help preserve the grounds of Putney Ranch Camp and they assist guests during activities or visits. They are responsible for ensuring that safety procedures and rules are followed at all times. Rangers have knowledge of the history of the camp and can recommend places of local interest.

Visitors to the camp may see our Rangers in their Dress or Working uniforms. They are always available to answer questions and assist in emergencies.
